I’m a 55 year old midlife woman, happily married and finding joy in raising two lovely teenage children; now embarking on a voyage of self-discovery to find a missing piece of the puzzle of my life of joy (and sometimes pain).
I started coaching with Liz during the lockdown. I’d also started a new job with rather difficult, unsociable hours. I was feeling very overwhelmed and stressed trying to get everything done, with little support. I didn't know where to start to improve the situation and felt quite hopeless.
Thank you for such an amazing opportunity to work with you Liz! When I started coaching with Liz the lockdown was in full swing. I was adjusting to working with my clients remotely and I was struggling with the whether to consider completing a professional accreditation.
